Alborz Bozorgi, Chief Executive Officer

Besides being a wellknown lover of cheesebased snacks, Al is a serial social entrepreneur, with past enterprise partnerships involving the likes of AB InBev, British Airways and L’Oreal.
Since cofounding Twipes, Al has been awarded the Mayor’s Fund for London’s Entrepreneur of the year in 2017, graduated with an executive degree from Dartmouth College, and spoke at Germany’s annual governmental climate conference.

Ellenor McIntosh, Chief Technical Officer

With her passion for sustainability and her background in biochemical and materials science, Elle invented the biotech behind Twipes. She won the Princess Diana Award in 2019 for her achievements in science, was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2020, and has been featured in prestigious publications such as TimeOut, Black Business Magazine and The Guardian.

Elizabeth Kotoulis, Chief Growth Officer

Liz has been a part of the Twipes team since 2020 and has worn many different hats here in that time. She has a background in hospitality and healthcare, but her real passion is food. Her favorite thing to do outside of work is cook and try new recipes, and she loves making elaborate meals with her family when she’s back home in Florida. Since Twipes’ expansion to Buffalo, her favorite use for Twipes is wiping wing sauce off her fingers! Beyond that, Liz is a big history nerd and loves taking trips to historical towns and spending the day in museums. She’s also an expert nap-taker.

Adam Duke, Head of Communications and PR

Adam began his career in journalism, spending time at WIVB-TV, the Buffalo News and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette before being recruited by the Twipes team in mid-2023. He is an avid fan of TV, film and music and is a graduate of Canisius College. Adam has been described as “empathic” by Sports Illustrated magazine and was named TIME magazine’s Person of the Year in 2006.

Cassidy Regan, Administrative Assistant

Cassidy enjoys cooking vegan food, reading, taking care of her several plant children, and visiting new places when she can get away. She is currently attending graduate school for occupational therapy, and has been published in research involving the blind and visually impaired community. She is very enthusiastic about OT and one day helping people live their best quality of life. Cas has also been to 20% of all the national parks in the US, and plans to one day see them all. She is also a cat mom to two boys named Shrimp and Newt.

Jeremy Dabney, Digital Marketing Associate

Jeremy enjoys reading, people-watching, playing tennis, visiting new places, Irish exits and eating breakfast for dinner. He has a strong passion for filmmaking and his cat, Reese.

Highly family-oriented & often experimenting with different recipes for social gatherings, Jeremy has already written his biography for TIME’s Person of the Year in 2030, which he revises every so often just to make sure he has the right version of “there.”

Ava Steiner, Graphic Designer

Ava loves trying all different mediums of art, including collaging, painting, crocheting, cross stitching, and digital art. She spends her free time having picnics with friends, trying to keep her plants alive and learning about cryptids like Bigfoot and Nessie. At school, she helps run clubs that teach people how to knit and crochet and learn basic metalworking skills. She also loves trying new recipes and new seasonal snacks from Trader Joe’s.

Makayla Martin, Marketing Intern

Makayla enjoys reading, learning, spending time with friends and family and traveling, especially to Europe. She is an enthusiast for everything business. In 2020, she started her own online tie-dye clothing business and is currently working on her own non-profit to find a solution to period poverty in developing countries. At school, she is passionate about running her three clubs: Community Club, Pickleball Club, Green Key Club — and soon to be Women in Business Club as well. In addition, she enjoys playing and captaining the girls varsity golf and tennis teams.
